Sandy the Super Solar Adventure Bus 2001 Shuttle Bus

Sandy is a 2001 Ford E-350 Cutaway that spent the first part of her life as shuttle bus built by Champion Motors. After retiring from the retirement home Sandy was converted into a beach seeking, surf mobile who spent her time on the shores of SoCal. Eventually her family returned to the last frontier and brought Sandy along to experience new beaches! Sandy comfortably sleeps up to three people. Two people in the Short Queen rear bed and one (or maybe two small kiddos!) on the conversion couch. Sandy boasts a powerful 650w of solar with 300ah of battery. Even on the rainiest of days the panels still charge the batteries. There is a 3000w inverter/charger for those power hungry devices and it will hook up to shore power and keep the batteries topped off. With 40 gallons of fresh water and an on demand propane hot water heater, you can enjoy showers inside! No need to hunt for a bathroom as there is a cassette toilet available for on the go... go's? Keeping your food is a huge combo refrigerator/freezer and tons of cabinet storage. Ample counter space with a two burner propane stove top will allow you took cook meals you thought you could only cook at home. Keep cool during the day with a fantastic roof fan and stay toasty at night with the diesel heater. Sandy is powered by Ford 7.3l Powerstroke Diesel engine and has no trouble getting you where you need to be for your next adventure. With a garage tall enough to fit mountain bikes and deep enough to fit a 7 foot surfboard you can bring everything you need for all your adventures.
