2021 Heartland Mallard M27 - Perfect Couple's or Small Family Suite

Even though this is a 2021 model, the camper is LITERALLY BRAND NEW. I have a small camper rental business and I just purchased this unit (my 3rd one). This Mallard M27 makes for a perfect couples suite or getaway for a small family. The bedroom is much larger with more leg room than most bunkhouses and the living room and kitchen have tons of space. It comes fully stocked with everything you'll need during your trip: kitchen necessities, bed linens, towels, pillows, blankets, etc. There's also a K-cup coffee maker so don't worry about not having your morning coffee (k-cups not included). There's a full size queen bed in the master, the dinette converts to a bed, and the sofa converts to a full size bed. It will comfortably sleep 4-5 people. The camper has a 32" LED Smart Roku TV in the living room and a 24" LED Smart Roku TV in the master bedroom There's a dual-zone media player with speakers inside and outside , as well as an LED-lit retractable power awning. A 12ft outdoor area rug, folding table, and tailgate chairs will also be provided for your enjoyment. Check my reviews for my other campers - they don't get any better. Delivery, setup, and pickup is available for a charge within 300 miles of Fultondale, AL. The delivery charge is automatically calculated by the website when you enter the delivery address. RENTALS FOR 5 NIGHTS OR MORE WILL RECEIVE A $50 DISCOUNT ON DELIVERY. A 4000W inverter generator is available for $30/day. If you plan to bring your own generator it must be at least 4000W peak output. For college football games, pickup and/or delivery cannot be on GameDay because of the traffic.
