Included is 24/7 assistance for any questions or problems. Rules: The only big rule that we have is there is absolutely NO SMOKING inside. If there is signs of smoking inside, your full security deposit will be kept for a deep clean. Sleeping: 2 on Queen in master bedroom, 2 on full pull out couch in living room We are very easy-going owners. Just take care of it like it's your own and you will have a wonderful experience! We will deliver the RV within 100 miles (for special occasions, contact us for further travel and we will make accommodations). 50 or 30 amp electric and water hookup is required. Sewer hookup is preferred, but if unavailable, there will be a $50 dump fee.
