Awesome 27.5 foot family friendly RV that comfortably sleeps 6 people. In the back of the vehicle is a large slide-out with queen-size bed/couch and TV for cozy nights under the stars. We love to take this RV to campgrounds along the coast. Nothing beats the sound of waves while you are falling asleep in an RV that offers all the comfort and amenities that you could wish for. The large roof mounted air conditioner ensures that you stay cool even on the hottest desert campgrounds. The automatic Dometic heater keeps you warm and cozy while you camp in the mountains. Your kids (and you) will love our DVD collection that you can enjoy on the 40" TV. *WHAT'S INCLUDED - AT NO EXTRA CHARGE* -Basic essentials (kitchenware and TP), 2 adult and 2 child folding chairs, fold out table, linens and towels are included. NOT ALLOWED: -Burning Man or other festivals and parties. This is our family's RV that we use ourselves so we want to keep it in good condition. DELIVERIES: If we have enough notice then we will consider delivery within 20 miles on a case by case basis. We are very busy so we might not always be able to deliver our RV.
