This spacious RV sleeps 10. The couch folds out, and the dining table converts to a bed. It has a private bunk room and a master bedroom with custom handmade mattress (from Texas Mattress Makers) in both bedrooms to make your night sleep much more comfortable. Roku TV in each room, 2 a/c units to stay cool on those hot summer days and an electric fireplace to keep you warm on those cold winter nights. We have both an indoor and outdoor kitchen equipped with a countertop ice maker, keurig, pots, pans, plates, utensils & cookware for the outdoor kitchen. This rv is equipped with electronic sway control. We also have a backup camera that is included to make parking easy. There is plenty of room for you to enjoy your family vacation! We are available to meet for pick-up anytime before noon Monday - Friday, flexible pick-up/drop off times on Saturday and Sunday.
