BRAND new, fresh and clean 22' RV. This ultra rare model sports a wide rear door, perfect for bikes, kayak, and wheelchair access. Also if you have babies/little ones, flip the back bed up and bring your baby gate or pack and play, as the rear cargo area is amazing for this! Enjoy 11mpg, where most older rvs are going to land in the 5-8.5mpg range. Massive 12v fridge is safer than propane, and is roomy enough for a full family. We’ve found 22-26’ class c is the perfect floor plan, plenty of room for 4-6! The rear bed folds up and out of the way allowing for storage of larger things. Outdoor propane connection, for the supplied Coleman camp stove. Power awning, and generator. We used to have 36+ foot motorhomes and got tired of the level of work required for driving, The 22' is about the same length as. a fullsize longbed truck, and its even shorter than some sprinters.
