All mattresses in the trailer are brand new. We provide linens for up to 5 people unless you prefer to bring your own. **if you want us to provide linens please select it under add-ons at check out** This trailer has one slide out to help provide more room inside. Trailer has one set of bunk beds, Murphy style queen bed, and the dinette area turns into a full size bed. Plenty of storage under the dinette area if needed. We provide everything you’ll need to enjoy your vacation! Things to consider before booking; •We only allow delivery. • If you are going to Farragut, Silverwood or Ravenwood, please select pick up, to avoid the delivery fee. •We are located 7.7 miles from Silverwood theme Park / Ravenwood rv resort and .9 miles from Farragut state park. We are all about making your vacation stress free. We have many different add-on’s if needed, including grocery delivery at selected grocery stores only.
