Couch folds out to a hide-a-bed, and the bunk room has 3 bunks + a foam nugget style couch (queen size) on the floor. Also equipped with an outdoor kitchen (with sink and mini fridge), as well as an outdoor shower when things get messy! Camper should be reasonably clean, trash removed, dishes cleaned upon return. Black/gray tanks must be emptied by renter. If not, a fee can be paid in advance or will be taken out of deposit $200.00 The renter will be charged the amount it cost to fill the propane tanks if the tanks were not filled after the trip
