Must be harnessed to seat with seat covers if unattended. Off-roading: No off roading on rugged terrain. Just a disclaimer: The generator is very low and could be damaged, this is not a AWD intended for offroading. Cleared grass or gravel is okay as long as there is no mud to get stuck in and no large objects that will hit the bottom. Bring or rent a bike if you want to go offroading. We have a bike rack. Awning: Leave closed under heavy winds and rain or if unattended. Freezing temperature: Temperature must be at 40 degrees or higher at all times. Tank heaters must be turn on during low temperatures as well. The pipes will burst if they freeze. Smoking: No smoking inside the van. Outside and away from the van is fine. Safety agreement: For our firepit and kayak, we just require a signed safety agreement to ensure that you are safe during your trip with these amenities. Towing: No towing allowed. Speeding: The skylight cover will pop open if you are significantly speeding. You can tuck a towel above the handle to fix this. Any damage due to breaking any of these rules, will result in losing your deposit and or a damage claim.
