New Kitchen with Stainless Fridge, gas cooktop and convection microwave. Outdoor grill. Retractable outdoor awning with LED lights. Equipped with solar panels. ALL RENTERS MUST HAVE A TRUCK EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRONIC BRAKE CONTROL! THE TRAILER CANNOT BE TOWED WITHOUT YOUR TRUCK HAVING THIS OPTION! RENTERS TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS. TRAILER SAFE TOILET PAPER ONLY. ALL TANKS (grey, black and water) MUST BE RETURNED EMPTY. Renters MUST bring their own FULL propane tank to use should they wish to use the propane water heater, the propane campfire, the stove and or the griddle. PROPANE tank is installed but we cannot guarantee the level of the tank. If you intend to use propane, please bring your own or expect to refill the current tank at your own expense. Installed propane tank is to be replaced upon departure if you swap it out for your own tank. The propane tank is a normal bbq propane sized tank.
