This 25-foot RV is the perfect vehicle for camping trips and large enough for the entire family to enjoy their own space, but small enough to maneuver which makes the drive fun and stress-free. The kitchen is fully stocked to make you feel at home with a dual sink, refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner stove, microwave, and a separate oven. The kitchen also includes a toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, cooking utensils, silverware and some basic spices. The separate bathroom includes a shower with a removable shower head, toilet, and vanity with sink. There is also an outdoor shower. There is hot water. The master bedroom in the rear of the vehicle features a 5-inch gel memory foam firm mattress and USB chargers on the wall to charge electronics. There is a curtain that closes for privacy. Three beds in the RV sleep a total of 5-6: Full XL bed in the back: 54" x 80" Extended Full bed over cab: 55" x 87" Full bed Dinette: 68" x 42" The main living space has ample storage with an eat-in dinette and a 32-inch Smart TV. It also has rooftop heat. The vehicle does come with: Single Serve Coffee Maker (Takes Keurig Pods) Camping Percolator Camping Chairs Outdoor Rug Grilling Utensils Spices (Salt & Pepper) Family Games Collapsible BBQ grill The slide-out extends the kitchen and dining space out to 9 feet. Please note we don't allow smoking. The RV insurance specifically forbids renters from going on the roof, so please do not go on the RV's roof. We request that you don’t wash the vehicle. We maintain the fiberglass exterior with specific soaps and waxes. We are flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. When you pick up the RV at our home, your vehicle can be stored in our gated property under the covered carport. Please let us know a week in advance.
