Camper has queen size bed fold down bed in the front or a sofa when the bed is up. The large dinette also folds down to a bed to sleep 2 more. The slide out provides lots of floor space. Enjoy the outdoors in style the outdoor kitchen. Camper comes stocked with basic kitchenware, (cups, dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot, and a few pans) TV, stereo, ducted AC, propane heater, and propane water heater. This camper is an easy tow for most half ton pickups, but not recommended to be towed with anything smaller than a half ton sized truck or SUV. Make sure your tow vehicle has at least a class 3 hitch with a 2” ball 18” to 21” above the ground, and a 7 wire round light plug. You must have a trailer brake controller to pull this camper per Texas Law and for safety reasons. If you do not have a brake controller, I can provide a wireless controller for an additional add on fee. This camper includes a load distribution hitch and review camera in included in the nightly price. Linens and towels are not included in base price but can be added for an additional fee. There is no mileage fee and out of state travel is allowed, but special conditions apply for out state travel. Feel free to ask us if you have any questions, we love helping first time campers!
