This rig is not available to be driven. Absolutley NO EXCEPTIONS. This unit is equipped with a LoJack system. We remove the key after drop off. We deliver to your prepaid level site, set up the entire coach including bringing out the slides and putting down the leveling jacks and do a complete walkthrough to show you how to operate the controls inside and outside the coach. Special note: If your spot is not level it may be necessary to set down wood blocks to compensate. This could put the entry stairs at a height that requires an extra step. We provide one only extra step. Also when putting out the slides there must be a clear area on approximatley 5 feet on both sides of the coach for complete clearance of the slides. We will not be held responsible if the proper clearance has not been taken into consideration. No refunds. If you intend on using the electric awnings you need to be aware that you will need a minimum of 10 foeet clearance on the drivers side of the coach only. No branches or trees in close proximity. The awnings (2 each) are made so that in light winds they should retract automatically but ultimatley you are responsible for any damage so we strongly suggest that in windy areas you simply bring them in and use the EZ Ups with water weights that we provide. The awning will be deployed by us on delivery and signed off and will be checked at time of pick up. Mileage rate is determined by calculating the total round trip mileage for the coach and round trip mileage for the tow vehicle. The coach gets average 5 MPG and the tow vehicle 18 MPG. $35 per hour has been added in for the driver of the coach round trip and for the tow vehicle at $25 per hour. There is also a wear and tear charge per mile just for the coach. Events such as Stage Coach and other large events may require an addtional charge of $35 per hour (estimate 4 hours for Stage Coach) for sitting in line in the coach to get into the event and based on experience, and addtional 2 hours of extra traffic in the coach to get out of the event and back to the home base. Each large event charge will be on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for early or late checkout times. Our normal drop off time is 2 PM and pick up time is 11 AM. earlier or later pick up and drop off times may incur an addtional charge. Again on a case by case basis. Presently this coach is based in California 92371. We will deliver the coach to anywhere in Southern California 300 miles one way maximum, with a few exceptions. We require that you have an RV spot located in a recognized RV Park. Some acceptions can be considered. There are some locations near the beach that are not actually an RV park and we reserve the right to consider these on an individual basis. Starting from zip code 92371 a 2 day minimum rental for any delivery location within 100 miles round trip. A 3 day minimum rental up to 200 miles round trip. A 4 day minimum for 300 miles round trip. A 5 day minimum rental for 400 miles round trip. Any round trip mileage over 400 miles round trip requires a 7 day rminimum rental period. See mileage charges for the coach and tow vehicle listed above. This coach requires 50 AMP service. 30 amp service will limitg the use of electrical systems especially the AC units. Sleep Number California King air bed in the master, queen size air mattress convertible sofa second bed. Extra large shower. 440 square foot floor plan. NON SMOKING COACH. $250 minimum additional charge for any smoke detected. Two toilets one in master suite one 1/2 bath with bidet 4 smart TVs 3 inside 1 outside and blue player. Outdoor carpets, BBQ, propane fire pit, 4 outside lounge chairs, 6 foot table, 2 EZ Ups, full propane bottles, 4 outdoor lounge rocker chairs and table all included. All utensils pots cooking items plates bowels etc included. Toaster and Keurig coffee maker toilet paper paper towels included.
