Includes queen size bed with pull out sleeper sofa for 2 and table fold down for additional small people. 2 recliners and heated electric fireplace also includes central heat. Roof top A/C. 42 inch Roku flat screen TV and 32 inch ROKU TV in bedroom. Blue Tooth radio with inside and outside speakers. Lots of extra storage space available. Medium size refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware. Silverware and some cooking utensils available. Bathroom with sink, toilet and stand up shower. Livingroom slide out.
