2010 Beautiful Renovated Coachmen Freelander-31ft Class C

Get a great deal on our 2010 Coachmen Freelander Motorhome. This RV sleeps up to 8 and is available for delivery up to 25-mile radius from Austin, TX. Our RV is fully outfitted with EVERYTHING NEW! Included are the linens, towels for bathing, dishware, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, TV with DVR, outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen has a stove, oven and microwave. For your comfort, we have added a Japanese Futon on the driver overhead bed. We try our best to avoid departures and returns on Sunday and will not do pick-ups or drop-offs ON or one day BEFORE the following holidays (but you may schedule your rental period over these holidays if its available): New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. FUEL AND RETURNS: The RV must be returned with a full tank of gas and empty waste water tanks including gray and black or there will be an additional $200 disposal fee. INSURANCE CLAIMS: Any damage to the RV resulting in an insurance claim will also constitute a forfeiture of the entire security deposit to compensate for lost revenue while the RV is in for repairs and to compensate us for the additional time and travel to deal with the damage. PETS: Maximum of 2 small-medium dogs only. Make sure to select the pet cleaning service from the add-ons if you are bringing any dogs. We will supply a dog hair blanket and launder for free included in the pet cleaning service fee. SPEEDING: Please follow all traffic laws for the road you are traveling. The sweet spot for fuel efficiency is no greater than 70 MPH. You will be responsible for any tickets. TOLLS: Renter is responsible for all tolls incurred during the rental period. Some tolls can take several weeks to arrive, we reserve the right to charge for tolls up to 6 months past the rental period if needed. ROOF: There is nothing up there to worry about, so DO NOT GET ON THE ROOF! The RV drives like a dream and has a backup camera. Give it a try!
