Sweet Serenity

The "Serenity" is a larger camper that can still be towed with a suburban or 1/2 ton pick-up. The floor plan features one queen-size bed that is closed off for privacy, 2 full size bunks, a dinette that easily transforms into a bed and a jack knife couch. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove top & oven, sink, Full size camper fridge & freezer, coffee pot, toaster and plenty of countertop space. The bathroom vanity is conveniently separate from the toilet & shower. An abundance for storage space throughout! The exterior has an outdoor shower and power awning. Doggos are welcome for an additional fee. We kindly request that they be properly house trained and not be left unattended within the camper. Camper can be easily pulled with most Suburbans and 1/2 ton trucks. The dry weight of this camper is 5,219 lbs and GVWR is 7,788 lbs. Please check your tow vehicle owner's manual for info on your towing capacity. A weight distribution hitch is available for rent if needed. Per Minnesota State law, you must have an electric brake controller and 7-pin trailer light wiring, and they must be in complete working order. We can provide a wireless brake controller for an additional fee. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the unit, and you will need to provide us with Proof of Insurance on your tow vehicle prior to pick up. The minimum rental is 3 nights. Camper return time is 11am. A $50.00 charge will be billed for every one hour past the due time. Unless worked out in advance. This unit has two propane tanks. If there is propane in the tanks you are welcome to use it but we don't guarantee the propane tanks are full. Please see Add-ons if you would like a full propane tank. A generator typically isn’t needed if the campground has electricity available but we do have options is desired for rent. We have multiple campers so first come first serve.
