Clean and comfortable, high-end 5th wheel with full kitchen. Very well maintained! Large living room with stereo, flat screen smart tv, hide-a-bed, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, new loveseat, 3 slide outs, 2 a/c units, heat. Large, tinted windows provides great views! Private bedroom with king bed, flat screen smart tv., upgraded mattress, lots of closet storage, drawers and cabinets. Large floor to ceiling window plus 2 small windows. Dyson vacuum. Full kitchen with full size residential refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, convection/microwave oven, cookware, utensils, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker (both Keurig and regular), coffee cups, Wine/Bottle Opener. Dining table with leaf and 4 chairs. Paper towels, kcups, dish soap, sponge and trash bags are provided. Please bring your own towels/linens or we can supply them for an additional fee. See add-ons during checkout. There is a mattress cover which is washed & sanitized after each rental, it should remain on the bed under your sheets to protect the mattress. There will be a few towels in the camper I leave in there in case of spills, etc. that may need to be cleaned up to prevent damage to our camper. Bathroom -Toilet Paper and soap provided. We also keep items such as sunscreen, bandages, etc. in cabinet. Feel free to use. DELIVERY IS REQUIRED. We do not allow pickup. Weekday delivery/departure normally available 5pm or later. Weekday pickup/return is normally 9am or earlier. Times may be negotiable, check with us if these times create an issue. Outdoor items: large rug, beach/camping chairs, small table, grill, corn hole game, lantern, fan. The Prep Fee is per stay for stocking unit, maintenance and sanitizing. Prefer no dry camping but will consider with details, additional fee will be charged for dumping and generator. Please see Add-ons when you make your reservation. Renter responsible for reserving campsite large enough to accommodate 39’ 5th wheel w/ 3 slides. Please confirm there are no rules that would prevent us from delivering to the property.
