2022 Crossroads RV Cruiser Aire

This is our Brand new 2022 CrossRoads RV Cruiser Aire CR30RLS. Some of our key features that stand out to us are the Kitchen Island, theatre seats with heat and massage, fireplace, tri-fold sofa, King-size bed. 2 large slide outs, tri-fold sofa, 50' TV. The Tv can be hidden for extra countertop space and the fireplace is located right underneath, Full bath. Front private bedroom with king size bed. Pass-through storage, and 2 electric awnings with LED lights. HD digital TV antenna with Winegard. 2 a/c units. Electric stabilizer and front jack. We provide low leveling and sway control hitch. If your vehicle is not equipped with a trailer brake controller you can rent ours. This is a 50amp camper. This RV includes 1 king size bed sheet and comforter, 2 king size pillows, RV safe toilet paper, 4 bath towels, coffee machine, coffee filters (just bring your favorite ground coffee) also includes pots, pans, forks, knifes, and 2 propane tanks. -Our generator usage fee is $200, if more than 1 week of usage is needed, $100 per week will be applied. Our pricing is $130.. on HOLIDAYS-the day before and the day of is $180 a day. -Our delivery/set up fee is $2.75/mile with a minimum of $225 -I offer delivery that works with my work schedule. I can either deliver before work Monday-Saturdays at 6:30am or after 6:30pm and Sundays anytime! -If not doing delivery and you want to pick up we only do 6am or 6pm pick up times. Unless Sunday anytime. -Pets are welcome but do NOT allow pets on furniture to prevent damages. There is a $75 pet fee -NO SMOKING ALLOWED! If there are any signs that smoking was done inside our RV a $200 fee will be deducted from security deposit. -The gray and black tanks must be drained and flushed before returning, If this is not done, there is a cleaning fee of $75 that will be deducted from the security deposit. -Tolls charged on trailer's license plate will be deducted from security deposit. -Awning use is allowed, but we do ask if it gets windy to retract it back in so it does not get damaged. Any damages to awning will be deducted from security deposit.
