This 2022 Jayco 264BH Bunk House trailer is brand new, easy to use and is absolutely beautiful. It's super light, easy to tow, even easier to setup and can comfortably sleep 6-7 people. It might be small, but we've spared no expense in making sure its highly upgraded. There is a queen bed in the master with an upgraded mattress, (2) double bunks that can fit full adults, a brand new Smart LED TV, stereo with outside speakers and 18ft awning with LEDs. As with all our trailers, we provide high thread count linens, comforter, pillows and towels. The trailer is equipment with the following amenities: - (1) roof mounted AC's) Need 30 amp services for this trailer. - Queen Bed in Master bedroom - (2) Double Bunks - New Smart LED TV - Stream all your favorite shows/movies (need wifi or hotspot which isn't provided) - Refrigerator - Microwave - Leather sofa/love seat that coverts into another sleeping area - Shower - Upgraded Shower head - Interior and Exterior Speakers - Awnings w/LED lights 🌟 What’s Included with Every SoCal Trailer Rental All of our trailers are professionally maintained, delivered, and set up to provide a clean, comfortable home-away-from-home experience. Each unit listing includes its own specific features and sleeping arrangements, but every trailer in our fleet includes the following standard items and policies: ________________________________________ 🍽 Kitchen & Living Essentials (Included at No Extra Cost) • Keurig coffee maker • Toaster • Cooking utensils • Plates, bowls, cups, and basic cookware • Sauce pan, Skillet • Paper towels, toilet paper, broom, dustpan, and basic cleaning supplies • Outdoor RV mat • (2) adult camping chairs • Various decorations (trailer dependent) — we include home-style décor items in every unit to make it feel more like home Optional Add-On: • Additional camping chairs can be added for $5 per chair, per trip ________________________________________ 🛏 Optional Linen Package – $50 Want to make your bed look exactly like the pictures? Add our linen package. This package includes: • Linens for the master bedroom bed only (4 pillows, queen/king depending on bed size, high-quality white sheets, and a comforter) • (4) shower towels • (2) hand towels • (1) bath mat Please reach out to management for any additional linen needs. ________________________________________ 🍳 Indoor/Outdoor Cooking Policy We take pride in delivering a trailer that looks great and smells great for every guest. To help us keep each unit fresh for the next renter, we need your help reducing the chance that odors linger after your stay. We strongly encourage outdoor cooking for all messy or strong-odor foods. Examples include (but aren’t limited to) fatty meats, bacon, and foods with strong spices. • Seafood/shellfish may not be stored or cooked inside the trailer. • Any violation of this policy will likely result in excessive cleaning fees, as additional time and labor may be required to deep clean and remove odors before the next renter. 🔥 Optional Blackstone Griddle Add-On Over the years, we’ve found many guests prefer to bring their own outdoor cooking setup (family grills, personal griddles, etc.). We’ve also found that when a griddle is shared from trip to trip, it isn’t always cleaned properly. For those reasons, the Blackstone griddle is now an optional add-on. If you don’t plan to bring your own outdoor cooking device and expect to cook anything that falls into the “messy/strong-odor” bucket above, please select the griddle at checkout—it’s a great convenience when you don’t have another option. 🔥 Optional Griddle Rental – $30 per trip • Includes gas/propane hookups (where equipped) • Includes basic griddle cookware (spatulas/utensils, etc.) • Cleaning: Griddle cleaning should be performed at the end of every rental. If you’re unsure how to properly clean a griddle, please alert management and we can send helpful instructions. The griddle must be returned in reasonably clean condition. ________________________________________ 🚚 Delivery & Setup (Required) We currently offer delivery and full setup only—no tow-away rentals. • Delivery (minimum): $175 up to 25 miles • Additional mileage: $5.50 per mile (up to 200 miles) • Setup Fee: $150 (includes setup, breakdown, and gray/black tank dumping) __________________________________________ 📺 Technology (Smart TVs & WiFi) While we all love to unplug and enjoy the outdoors, most of our trailers include multiple Smart TVs for downtime, family movie nights, and streaming your favorite shows. Please note: - Smart TVs require a strong/high-speed WiFi connection to stream properly. - We do not provide coaxial cables for cable TV, and many campgrounds do not offer cable hookups. - Many campgrounds do offer WiFi, but we’ve consistently heard from past guests that campground WiFi can be slow or unreliable, especially on busy weekends. - If you plan to use the TVs regularly during your stay, we recommend adding our Starlink WiFi add-on for fast, dependable internet wherever you’re parked. Starlink is subject to availability — please reach out as soon as possible so we can reserve one for your trip. 💬 Questions?
