Overview
2015 Forest River ready and stocked for fun. Has full size bed and oversized twin that will fit 2 snuggling adults or 2 kids perfect. Camper is equipped with a Keurig for that wonderful morning coffee or evening hot chocolate over the campfire. Camper has bedding Silverware, pots pans, and towels for the shower, Marshmallow sticks and hot dog sticks provides, camper has a few games for those inside nights and fold up chairs for outside relaxation. Camper is equipped with a hot water heater and air conditioning and heater and stove and microwave. Has shower and camper size tub with toilet and sink. Also has outside shower.
Pets are allowed but we do charge a non refundable fee? additional cleaning fee of $200 for the first pet and $50 for the second 2 max..We also request animals sleep in youre vehicle due to other renters allergies.
If you want it delivered there is a additional fee for pickup .Renter is responsible for dump and propane to be filled. If trailer is brought back not dumped there is a $150 fee and propane is charged at $5 a gallon. If trailer is delivered and hookups aren't available there is a $150 dump fee and propane will be charged at $5 a gallon.
