Renter is responsible for all tolls the motorhome travels through and any traffic or parking citations received during the rental period. CLEANING fees are seldom charged and can be avoided by simply returning the unit in like condition. The host expects to sanitize surfaces, change linens, and sweep. Fees can range from $25 to $150 depending on the scope of work (i.e. more costly if necessary to shampoo upholstery). DAMAGES are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the nature of the incident, cost of replacement (parts + applicable hourly RV mechanic labor rate), and totality of other factors. Damages of $500 or less are charged to the security deposit by Host unless otherwise specified by Outdoorsy or agreed to in writing by Renter & Host.
