Sleep areas: Queen bed in master room, queen top bunk bed (weight limit 300 lbs), Queen fold out couch, and fold out dinette. 10x10 canopy provided at no charge. This is to be used in lieu of the camper awning as Florida weather can change rapidly and awnings are expensive to repair and replace.
