The RV sleeps a MAX of 7 (more comfy w/ 4-6) with 1 Qu bed, 2 double bunks(150 lbs max wt each), and dinette bed. Amenities: 2-burner range, a mid-size RV fridge, microwave, BT audio, storage, fully kitted kitchen, coffee pot, toaster, and bedding. The electric awning features LED lights. We have SOLAR! VAMP solar panels charge a lithium battery for mobile power when off-grid **The renting party must be available at check-in and be staying in the RV. You cannot book for someone else. ***One well-behaved/potty-trained dog up to 30 pounds (max) is welcome (WITH PRIOR APPROVAL) for a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture. Any damages caused by pets will be charged to the renter. PLEASE ASK ABOUT YOUR PET BEFORE BOOKING ***NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit. If there is any evidence of smoking upon return, $250 will be charged to the renter. ***Gray/black tanks must be drained/flushed (water must run clear!) before returning. If this is not done, there is a fee of $50. ***Tolls charged on the trailer's license plate will be charged to the renter ***Awning use is allowed, but if it gets windy, retract it so it doesn't get damaged. Damages to the awning are the responsibility of the renter ***Renter must provide a 2 5/16th hitch and 7-pin connector if towing Want to show up at your campsite with minimal setup effort? We offer delivery/pickup within approximately a 50-mile range. Delivery is based on my availability and a fee. Please ask about delivery BEFORE completing your reservation. We have a generator available upon request and for a fee. Select "generator" from the add-ons list if you wish to rent it. We can sometimes be flexible with pick-up/drop-off times.
