Pacific Coachworks Sandsport 22ex Toy hauler bumper pull trailer with solar, A/C, Heater, and gas generator. This trailer will fit most two seat side by sides and most four seaters. The garage space measures 6' width 13' length. The master bedroom has a RV queen and sleeps two. There is also a drop down queen bed above the garage space that sleeps two it also has a foldable couch that sleeps one, along with two captain lounging chairs. The spacious bathroom has a porceline toilet, full shower, and sink. In the kitchen you have a 3 burner cooktop, small oven, full size RV fridge/freezer, double basin sink that converts to counter space, and a microwave. We also have basic kitchen utensils and cookware. For entertainment it is equipped with a blue tooth radio/CD player with inside and outside speakers, fold down flatscreen with DVD player. On the exterior we have a full awning to provide shade along with a portable canopy. The garage door doubles as a deck with the support cables so you can hangout. The water tanks are: 100gal fresh water 50gal gray water 50gal black water Trailer weight completely empty is 5862lbs trailer has a 9990lbs rating. We will include the equalizer hitch to reduce swaying. We recommend a half-ton pickup or larger please check your vehicle tow rating, your vehicle will need a 7 pin trailer plug and a functioning trailer brake controller as well as a 2 inch receiver with a minimum rating of 10k pounds.
