To ensure your journey is smooth and enjoyable, here are the key rules you need to know before you embark on your RV escapade: No Travel to Mexico: While your wanderlust knows no bounds, it's important to note that our rentals are for U.S. adventures only. DO NOT cross the border into Mexico during your journey. Festival-Free Zone: Our RVs are your ticket to exploring nature's beauty and the open road, but they're not suitable for festival environments. We kindly ask that you avoid taking our vehicles to festivals, ensuring that both you and the RV have a fantastic, festival-free experience. No Dunes Trips: As you set your sights on the open road, remember that our RVs are not designed for dune adventures. Do not take our RV to sand dunes to ensure their optimal performance and longevity. No Smoking or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages. You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided. Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level/DEF, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility. Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. Vehicle must be returned with a a full tank of diesel gasoline or will be assessed the fuel fee. RV should be turned in with the black and grey water tanks dumped otherwise for a they can be dumped for a small fee...However, they must be dumped along your trip should they reach 90% capacity. Drivers may not drink any alcohol within 24 hours of driving the RV. Violators of this rule will forfeit their deposit. Out of an abundance of caution, it is highly recommended that any adult member of your traveling party be validated as a driver in the case of emergency. Only validated drivers are covered by insurance. Driving by anyone who is not a validated driver is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Payment of any charges and outstanding damages will still be due after the forfeiture. All adult drivers must be validated and qualify for the insurance coverage. To be safe for all our patrons, we will not rent to users who are currently COVID-19 positive until you have been cleared by a physician. Proof of clearance will be required. Vehicle is NOT PERMITTED to enter Mexico. Insurance is voided if vehicle enters Mexico.
