Practically speaking it probably fits 5 to 7 people best, but with a pull out couch and convertible table to bed it can technically sleep 9. A bedroom with a privacy door will allow you to relax in peace after the kids go to bed. Also comes with 50 inch TV and DVD player in living room for those rainy days where you can't get outside. The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and plenty of space for storage. The sink is outside the bathroom so someone can get ready for the day while another showers. The living area might make you forget you're in a trailer, with tall ceilings, bright finishes, and plenty of windows. The nearly full-sized fridge and oversized sink will be extra convenient, along with the HUGE pantry. Enjoy the excellent TV and stereo system. The sofa is a full-sized pull out bed. Kitchen is stocked with necessities including dishes, utensils, pans, cutting boards, toaster, coffee pot etc. Outside, the awning and outdoor lights will enhance your outdoor living space on those hot days and cool nights around the campfire. Delivered and completely set up for you. Fully stocked with necessities. Add ons available for linens, camping chairs, etc. Full hook-up sites preferred. Water and electric available on site is required.
