Our KZ is a true 4-season Travel Trailer that sleeps 6 and can be used on or off the grid, and its a camper for anyone from the inexperienced to most experienced campers. What to expect when renting Our KZ: -The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower. -The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed equipped with a foam mattress topper and a mattress protector, the kitchen dinette turns into a twin-size bed. -Bunkhouse equipped with usb chargers. What to expect when renting from Roach Rentals: -Flexible pickup/drop-off times and will assist you through all the functions of the camper when you pick it up. -Please do not book for pickup if you have never hauled/setup a camper. This will result in cancellation. -NO SMOKING of any kind inside camper- this includes no vaping. If your preferred dates are not available please check out our fleet on Facebook under Roach Rentals. We want you to feel at home and safe in our camper, so please treat it like it is yours. Please remember: This trailer is smoke free, no exceptions. No vaping, drug use, or smoking of any kind. We pride ourselves on offering an exceptionally clean unit. Forfeiture of full security deposit will result of smoking is identified upon return. Pets are not allowed. We are animal lovers but some renters are allergic and we want to keep the camper clean and safe for all. Security deposit required for damages or issues. Security deposit will be kept in full if deep cleaning is required upon return such as upholstery or carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning, etc beyond a normal sanitation clean.
