GVWR is 5400lbs, dry weight with two full 10gal propane tanks is 3900lbs easily towable with V6 or V8 SUV, mid-size or full-size truck. Hitch weight is 275lbs.
45gals fresh, 40gals grey and 40gals black tanks, insulated and heated for all-season camping.

LCD HDTV with amplified antenna. 6 speaker stereo with AM/FM/NOAA Weather, DVD, CD, USB and Aux inputs. 3 burner stove with good-sized oven. 20,000BTU furnace with ducted heating. 13,500 BTU AC. Queen size bed with overhead storage which converts into kid's size bed. Slide out room with U-shaped dinette and removable table which converts to queen size bed.
Private bathroom with porcelain toilet, shower and pedestal basin with medicine cabinet and mirror. Outside shower.
