Separate outside door into bathroom. SLEEPING: Queen bed with new memory foam topper, table folds out, couch folds out and a set of FULL size bunk beds with added on memory foam mattress. Black out curtains on bunk windows. Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets. AMENITIES: 2 smart TVs, full size propane/electric fridge, gas stove and oven, microwave, indoor radio, single serve coffee maker, electric heater, electric burner, butane burner outdoor stove, outdoor shower, electric awning, outside blue lights under trailer, outdoor speakers. INCLUDED: 6 camping chairs, 10x10 pop up canopy, kettle, dishes & basic utensils. Cleaning supplies and linens. Propane tank that doesn't have to be refilled upon return.
