Brand new 2022 Travel Trailer. Beautiful inside, cleaned & disinfected, and smoke free. This Camper is a comfortable fit for a family of five, and can be towed by a mid-sized SUV! Master is a queen size murphy style bed that converts into a couch. Two twin size bunks, and the dinette also converts into a small bed. A nice dinette for cooking with a medium-sized fridge. We recommend that you bring an outdoor cooking stove or grill to cook outdoors. Cooking essentials such as pots and pans, cooking utensils, bowls, cutting boards, can opener, wine opener are available for you to use in the rental. There are also some dishes and eating utensils in the trailer but I recommend that you bring disposable paper plates and cutlery. Two roles of RV Toilet Paper and one roll of Paper Towels are included in the rental. Blankets, sheets and towels are NOT included unless you select the linen service option in the "Add-ons" section upon booking. The vehicle towing this trailer will need to be equipped with a 7 pin connector as well as a brake controller. If your vehicle does not have a brake controller or hitch, I can provide one for a flat rate of $25.00 (ea). Don't have a vehicle to pull this trailer? No problem! We deliver and set up for a fee up to 50 miles. Additional options: folding camping chairs (2) Folding 6ft table Solid wood cornhole set, 8 bags Fresh linens (sheets and towels) This rental is strictly non-smoking, any evidence of smoking inside of the unit will forfeit deposit. $60 Cleaning fee Excessive cleanup of the trailer will result in a Cleaning fee of $100 + 2.95% processing fee. Dumping Fee $150 + 2.95% processing fee Any and all damages will be assessed and deducted from the deposit (+ 2.95% processing fee) as applicable. We are committed to a great experience for you.
