Enjoy a family-friendly and pet-friendly getaway in our 2019 Dutchmen Aspen Trail featuring: --private bedroom with queen bed --slide out with dinette for eating meals (& that folds down for added sleeping space) as well as a fold out leather sofa (for additional sleeping) --full-sized bunk beds with outlets --adjustable large outdoor awning --outdoor kitchen (refrigerator & propane cooktop) --outdoor shower with hot and cold water Included in your rental: --Bedding & Towels for up to 4 guests --Basic Kitchen Supplies (e.g., pots & pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, cutting board, etc) --Flatware, Plates & Cups for 8 guests --Coffee Maker --Kitchen Towels --Starter set of RV toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, & sponges Important & Helpful Info: Pick up/drop off times are flexible, just let us know what you prefer and we can try to accommodate Optional Upgrades: Please feel free to reach out to us directly to upgrade to any of these items. --Waste Disposal: $125 where we empty tanks off site -- Partial Waste Removal (for on site dump station but no hookups at campground) $75 -- Generator (run up to 6 hours/daily): $35 daily charge + $3/hr for each additional hour -We ensure that the generator is full of gas, and oil change is up to date, additional gas is at renters expense.
