We require a 2 day minimum notice to book. - Toy hauler; fits XP4 1000 + Turbo S models and many other SXS’s; Cargo area measures 181" L x 82" W x 80" H (with bottom bunks hanging, height clearance goes up) - Private master bedroom with queen bed, closet space and room to walk around the bed - Spacious Bathroom - 2 additional full sized beds, 1 convertible sofa bed in living area - Slide out in living area - A screened in back door to enjoy the beautiful weather on your trip. - Flat screen TV with DVD player - Bluetooth Radio w/indoor & outdoor speakers - Full kitchen; fridge, microwave, stove/oven and sink - Plenty of cabinet storage inside - Outdoor shower - Gas Generator - 100 gallon fresh water (renter must fill) - On-board 30 gallon fuel tank (generator) w/outdoor fuel station - (comes with 2 Gallons of fuel) $150 tank dump fee will be assessed if trailer is returned with tanks not emptied. $150 interior cleaning fee will be assessed if RV returned w/dirty interior. $150 exterior cleaning fee will be assessed if RV returned w/very dirty exterior.
