Delivery on the sand $130 Exterior cleaning $130 Black water tank dumping $85 Extra cost for night $25 Generator per night $50 Dunes prep$50 Fresh water tank $25 Inside cleaning has NOT mandatory fees as long that you clean the inside of the rv otherwise it will cost you $100 Any drop off or pick up on a HOLIDAYS has and additional $150.00 fee ( for drop off or pick up)plus the regular delivery fee. Same-day booking or even one day before departure it will be an additional $150.00 fee for rush order. If you are dry camping and you do NOT add the proper items from the add-ons they will be charge at the end of your trip from your security deposit. Comes equipped with a Furnace and 2 separate Air Conditioners, The kitchen has a nice size sink, plenty of cabinet space and countertops, Microwave, 3 Burner Stovetop, Oven, Nice big fridge with separate freezer on top, Large Pantry, Living room couch folds out into a bed, Dining Room large folds out into a bed as well, Entertainment area has a 32" Roku Smart T.V., Blue Tooth Stereo, Master Bathroom is VERY SPACIOUS, Good Size shower and tub, has a 1/2 bathroom, too! Awning with lights, outdoor Grill, one 5 Gallon Propane Tank.
