Including 1 queen memory foam bed, 1 convertible dinette to twin bed, 1 jack-knife sofa convert to twin bed, 1 spacious queen overhead bunk. It’s super easy to drive , perfect for first time RVers or Women. It has Back up camera, easy maneuvering steering wheel, one slide out at the bedroom with windows on both sides, all windows have black out shades covered, privacy curtains will be provided. There will be a spare tire, freshly washed sofas and bed covers/protectors , toilet papers, cleaning supplies (broom, dust pans, mop, rags and door mat) will be provided to renters for using during their trip. All electric and water, sewer hook-up will be included with instructions. NO SMOKING inside the Coach, 1000$ fine if smoking Light cleaning is required before return Gas-filled, propane-filled, grey tank dumped, black water tank dumped required before return. Pets are allow in a Case to Case basis, 50$ reservation fee and 10$ Daily fee Pickup time and Drop time: Option 1: 9:00 AM pickup time and 12:00 PM dropoff time.
