Well built unit stays hot or cool depending on the thermostat setting. Trailer equipped solar ready and heated water tanks for the very adventurous. Solar capability is an extra we can discuss if necessary. Outdoor rug, toys and games, chrome cast tv when WiFi is present, chairs, grilling equipment, coffee pot, and electric skillet are stored. All the kitchen gadgets needed to prepare most anything you would at home are stored. Large shower and bathroom on board, plenty of towels. Two separate rooms from the main living area offer privacy.
