** requires a 50 amp hookup ** *Bring your own linens* This 2022 Jayco Northpoint is a brand new, very spacious and sleek fifth wheel. It features everything you will need to enjoy your get away. The master bedroom has a large closet with plenty of shelves to store your items, a dresser with a TV hung above to watch from a kind size bed with an updated hybrid Seally performance mattress. There is an upstairs loft area with an addition bed. The living room has a fire place with a TV that rises up to enjoy in the heated and massage recliners. The living room also has a couch that can be pulled out into a queen size bed. The kitchen features a full size fridge/freezer, an oven, and a microwave/convectional oven. Under the loft you will find a nice bedroom with a desk and an additional TV. You can either set up a table to use while sitting on the couch or you can pull this couch out to a bed. Other features include surround sound that you can listen to the TV, connect Bluetooth, or the radio throughout the entire camper and to the outside speakers as well. There are two awnings to cover the entire length of the camper. The bathroom has a full size shower. The outdoor kitchen has a mini fridge along with a grill. Finally, there are three air conditioning units to guarantee comfort no matter where you are in the camper. The following items are available at NO ADDITIONAL COSTS: - gray/black water dumpling - hand and dish soap - plastic utensils - Keurig coffee maker (K-cups not provided) - cleaning supplies - 2 hammocks - multiple lawn chairs - 2 large outdoor rugs - hotdog/marshmallow sticks - grilling utensils Available upon request: Fresh linens, pillows, and towels. Campsite and location/reservation confirmation with 50amp service and accommodation for a 42’ Fifth wheel is required prior to delivery. Upon delivery I will level the camper and get it ready for your arrival. I am also available 24/7 to solve any issues/questions you may have to guarantee your trip is fun and hassle free.
