2021 Forest River EVO

Brand new Forest River EVO. It is 31tf and sleeps up to 8 people,One queen bed, bunk beds, and both a dinette and couch that fold out into beds as well. It can fit 6 adults comfortably, or 8 people with children in group. We have set it up to feel a little more home like by including many household essentials. Our TV and DVD player, indoor and outdoor speakers/lights make this trailer the perfect addition to a fun vacation! We provide pots/pans, coffee pot and mugs, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, cookware. Dump hose, water hose w/ pressure regulator, and blocks for leveling are also included. I do allow dogs, all I ask is that you be respectful especially of the furniture. Please don't be the one to ruin it for everybody. Weight distribution hitch with anti-sway included. One full tank of propane will be provided We do provide towels and linens for an additional fee. Available upon request. Generator rental available upon request.
