We provide the following w/ the rental: 30amp power cable 30ft water hose 30ft sewer hose Weight distribution sway bars Hitch (1) Full - 5 gallon propane tank for furnace, hot water & stove usage. 10x10 canopy tent (Patio awning usage is prohibited) *Renter must have a brake controller assist on towing vehicle ***Not Burning Man Friendly*** Dry campers: Note, the fridge runs on electricity only. You will need to run the generator to keep it cold. ***Please message to inquire about delivery service before booking **** Local delivery is available up to 55 mile radius. Includes set up, breakdown, and dumping of grey & sewage water. Pick up time: If needed earlier than 3pm, you must coordinate pick up with us the evening before. Extra night will not be charged. Drop off time: Trailer must be dropped off by 6pm if the trailer is not scheduled to go out the same day. Guest will be notified in advance if an earlier drop off time is required.
