Mississippi River overlook

This coach is sited adjacent to the owners’ home on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. The site is reached by Great River Road, a historic scenic byway near the quaint town of Prescott, Wisconsin, where the St. Croix and Mississippi rivers meet. The coach is a Mountain Aire by Newmar, one of America’s premium coach manufacturers. It has been upgraded several times over by its owner, including all new LED lighting, new carpets, new appliances, home theater seating, and a new OLED television. This motorhome is available for stationary use only, and can be delivered within a reasonable distance of 54021 (Prescott, WI) to a suitable site that has 50-amp service. Alternatively, the motorhome has a 7,500 watt generator and a 100-gallon freshwater holding tank. The motorhome is fully furnished with fresh linens, towels, and dishware. Fresh eggs may be available from chickens raised on site.
