This trailer offers everything you need for that weekend family getaway, trip down the coast or any trip your family wishes to take. Complete with a mini outside fridge and a small griddle for cooking, Dad can grab a cold one while cooking for the family that is nearby. Fully equipped with (cups, plates, pots, pans, utensils and other gadgets), kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven and microwave. TV/Stereo with Bluetooth, A/V and HDMI connections with speakers inside and outside of the trailer. You won’t be disappointed renting this trailer! Trailer comes complete with a retractable awning with LED lighting, outdoor shower hookup, exterior water hose and on board propane. A smart TV that hangs over the electric fireplace that can be used for ambiance or some general heat without using the trailer heater to heat the entire trailer. Also included a KING wifi extender that is simple to use if the original signal is strong enough. Work from the comfort of the trailer without taking time off from work but still enjoy a vacation with your family. Easy setup and tear down with all electric controls except for sewer and water. Hitch will be provided. NO GENERATOR AVAILABLE! No DELIVERY unless planned in advance and times/days are flexible. ABSOLUTELY NO BURNING MAN or FESTIVALS. If renter attends Burning Man with the unit, they will be held legally and financially responsible for violation of contract and all damages and or cleaning fees that may occur. If cleaning is not completed prior to the return of the rental, renter will be charged a cleaning fee starting at $200 and will increase depending how much extra cleaning will need to be done. It is the renter’s responsibility to clean the trailer prior to return and left in the condition they received it.
