This large RV feels like home on the road. It comfortably fits a large group as it has a king bed in the master bedroom and has a bunkroom with 2 loft beds, a bunk, and a pull out couch plus 2 recliners in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer are located in the master suite closet. There's lots of storage space in the bedrooms, kitchen and "basement". This bad baby has comfortably traveled cross country with a family of 5 for nearly a year during the pandemic, including for remote learning and remote working. Fully loaded with laundry, fridge, stove, microwave with convection oven function, indoor/ outdoor radio, tvs, and much more! There's even an outdoor kitchen with a sink and lots of cabinet space for grilling or electric cooking. There's also an outdoor shower which makes cleaning up outside a breeze. Note that we will make best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However given that items can fail or may return from another reservation damaged, we make no guarantee of their availability, especially during busy seasons where there is limited maintenance time for repair. We will inform you if something material (ie, we believe there is a chance it may impact the usability of the RV) may not be working prior to pick-up/delivery. Please note that it is normal for the unit to have debris, dirt and small wood chips after moving the RV and moving the slide outs. Additionally, while RVs are usually viewed as a home away from home, please note that these units on average tend to retain dirt more than traditional homes, including as a result of workers and renters walking in and out of the RV with shoes and renters choosing whether they want free or paid cleaning options. These are required to rent the RV and provides us with information about you, your rental and how you would like the RV prepped for your reservation. This unit is subject to a supplemental rental agreement viewable at rentflex360.com RV comes empty (except fuel and propane) by default. After reserving, renters will have the option to choose which complementary and which paid add on items they may want included in their reservation. Examples of complementary items: pots and pans, eating and cooking utensils, dishes, linens Examples of paid add on items: unlimited generator use, waste tank dumping, setup/takedown, portable wifi, chairs, awning use, canopy, fishing gear, hygiene travel bags, soap, disposable dishes and utensils, etc. Setup/Takedown fee required for delivery/pickup Note that there is a spot on the floor in the living room that has a small soft spot that resulted from a prior renter's kids jumping in the unit. We replaced the floor to the extent possible on short notice, but the remaining portion will not be repaired until 2025. Prior renters also damage some of the shades, so some have been removed or some may have limited operability until we acquire replacement fabric.
