Family Friendly Bunkhouse - Low fees!

We have a 2020 Keystone Bullet UltraLite bunkhouse trailer full of all the latest upgrades. Setting up camp is a breeze with it's electric tongue jack, leveling jacks, slide motor, and electric full-length awning with exterior lighting and speakers. The main-area slide makes for a roomy interior complete with a stove, oven, and U-shaped dining to accommodate everyone at the table - or use the outside kitchen and awning area and enjoy some fresh air. It sleeps 8 (5 adults comfortably) and is fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, convertible dinette to full size bed and full size bunk beds. There is a shower inside and a secondary outside shower - perfect for washing dishes. It has a propane furnace, hot water and AC. Indoor/outdoor speakers, bluetooth, DVD player, and cable antenna. This trailer is easy to use and tow, but we do require some experience towing as it can be tricky to maneuver. It has tons of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear! You need to have at least a 1/2 ton to be able to tow this trailer and have a working 7 pin connector. Pulling rig wired with trailer brakes. We supply a weight distribution hitch and it is required with rental. Electric awning with LED lighting. Electric tongue jack 2 - 5 gallon propane tanks. We do not use Outdoorsy insurance. We require that your personal tow vehicle insurance covers a towable trailer under liability (most do). Our personal RV insurance will cover you with comprehensive coverage for an extra $7/daily fee. Doing it this way saves our renters a lot of money. Plenty of interior cabinet storage as well as under-camper storage. We discourage boondocking. We do not guarantee use of any of the utilities for any period of time (water, power, toilet) without campground hookups. We do not supply a generator. We are flexible on pick up and drop off times; that being said, we do work normal hours during the week. Monday - Thursday we are available at 5:30pm for pickup/delivery. We can possibly make 11:30am work during a quick lunch break or we don't mind if you pick up the evening prior if the trailer is ready. Fridays and weekends are much more flexible!
