Fully equipped with a queen-size bed, two bunk beds, stove, microwave, ac and heater, furnace, and water heater. Propane unit 40 lbs. Three outside storage compartments. Unloaded vehicle weight 4,580 lbs. Cargo carrying capacity of 1,420 lbs. Exterior height 9'10, exterior width 8', interior height 6'9, awning length 16'0. Gray and black tanks must be emptied before the return. If not, a fee of $200 will be deducted from the security deposit. Renters are responsible for all damages that occur to the trailer. The deposit will be held until the travel trailer is thoroughly inspected upon return. We do not provide pots, pans and any cooking utensils.
