Has everything to cook inside or outside (outdoor kitchen) including toaster, skillet, coffee maker and dishes. Smart TV to connect to netflix or other apps. and an entertainment system with blue LED lights. 1 bedroom with doors, 2 bunk beds, sofa seat folds down and eating area breaks down into a bed. The slide-out helps with some room for cooking or games (have a few in drawers). Outdoor chairs and games that we use, is included. The only thing you will need is linens or sleeping bags and pillows. We don't supply the bedding.
