Our camper sleeps 4 people comfortably, the couch pulls out into a full size bed, bedroom bed is a king. Linens and towels are included as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap and bodywash. We provide paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags with each rental as well as some cleaning supplies. We also can supply an outdoor electric grill, camp chairs & outdoor rug upon request. If you have fur baby family member that needs to vacation with you please message us to discuss as we do make some exceptions for pets. Rental also includes cookware, flatware, cups, plates, bowls and coffee mugs along with your usual kitchen and cooking utensils. K-Cup coffee maker is included with variety of coffee and drink choices for the machine. Free tank of water upon request. Renters are responsible for dumping waste tanks but an additional fee can be added if the renter is unable to do so. we include 4hr per day generator usage with each rental, please message us directly with inquiries about the generator. Camper is equipped with a tankless water heater so you have the convenience of never running out of hot water. Camper is also equipped with 2 Smart TVs and is Wi-Fi compatible as well as an an electric retractable awning and indoor and outdoor speakers for the stereo. We clean and disinfect all surfaces upon return of rental and again before delivery of a new rental, including utensils, cookwear, plates, cups, ect. All linens, rugs and towels are also washed on highest heat setting with laundry sanitizer before and after every rental. We would prefer to deliver and setup the camper unless renter has experience towing and setting up and has an F250/2500 or bigger truck, Our Delivery fees are roundtrip, There is an additional flat fee of $175 charged to all delivery bookings that is not included with the delivery milage fee for Delivery setup and Pickup breakdown. Upon delivery and setup we take all our renters around the camper and show you how everything works.
