Included with rental — camp chairs, outdoor rug, picnic table cover, and other basic vacation rental needs. The kitchen comes complete with: -cookware -dinnerware -glasses -cups -utensils -12 or single cup Keurig K-Duo coffee maker You will find this camper clean and well-cared for. Bedding, towels, and linens will be freshly laundered upon your arrival, and every surface will be sanitized. I also provide extra pillows, sheets, and blankets for the sleeper sofa. NON-smoking of any kind. Non-negotiable. The bedroom has a privacy door, two closets, overhead storage compartments, and under bed storage space.
