We will deliver, set up and pick up only within a 25 mile radius of Wenatchee WA unless special arrangements are made. Cold AC for those hot days and warm furnace for those cold nights. Electric awning provides a nice space outside to relax. There is a Roku smart TV inside. The bathroom is roomy and features a spacious shower/tub combo. There is also an outside shower. Ample amount of storage space throughout.
