Comfortably sleeps 5 adults or 4 adults and 3 kids. Top bunk can only hold 275 pounds max. This includes a queen bed, two full bunk beds, and a dinette that converts into a bed. Do not use the awning if it is windy. Dump and rinse the tank. Sheets will be cleaned by us. A Flat rate of $75 will be charged if returned excessively dirty or smelly. An extra $300 will be charged if not dumped before bringing back. Repairs will be estimated and charged per incident.
