This RV is self-contained with a shower, toilet, 3 TV’s, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, A/C, heater and solar panel. Comes with cable hook up as well, on board generator. The kitchenette is equipped with common kitchen items. Super clean and ready to go! When Driving: Battery Works: lights, water pump to use the plumbing Propane Works: heater, water heater Generator Works: TV, Blue-ray/DVD player, AC, microwave and power outlets Please let us know your aproximate ETA when you return at least 24 hrs in advance, and 1 hour in prior. Please make sure RV returned full of gas and propane, with both black and grey tanks emptied. Fresh water at about 1/3 level. No Pets No smoking. At all. Ever. RV is not allowed to be driven on any type of dirt roads. It must only be driven on paved roads. If you would like to rent from us, please let us know: 1.
