Bathroom with shower, toilet, and mini-sink. Easy towing. We are happy to deliver if you're unable to tow. All tow vehicles must be able to tow 5000 pounds and have an electric brake controller. If you do not meet these requirements you can still enjoy your time in the outdoors by having us deliver and set up for you, OR, if you have a hitch and 7 pin connector we can provide a trailer-mounted brake controller for $35. Top of 2" ball should be about 20" off the ground for trailer to be level. Power must be dedicated 30 amp. May consider 20 amp under certain conditions. No Smoking. No pets.
